The submission process is now open for proposals to host and organize the 12th ICSS, to be held during the
winter season 2029/2030.
Proposals should be prepared in accordance with the guidelines provided in the document available for download
. The submission must include all the information listed in the guidelines, together with any additional
details that applicants consider relevant to support and promote their candidacy.
All proposals must be submitted by 31 May 2026 to: barbara.pellegrini@univr.it.
The proposals to host the ICSS will be evaluated by the members of the ICSS Executive Board, which will decide on the awarding of the organization of the event.
June 2026:
The designated contact person for each proposing group will be invited to a meeting of the Executive
Board.
September 2026:
The Executive Board’s decision will be formally communicated.
December 2026:
The 12th ICSS will be officially announced at the conclusion of the 11th ICSS in Bormio.
